Kasey Hua Personal Trainer Bio We're capable of so much, but sometimes we need someone there to push us past the limitations we've set for ourselves. That's who I want to be in your life. I want to encourage and motivate you to become the best version of you. Because fitness Is more than just about looking good, it's about feeling strong and confident. It affects all aspects of our lives. If we work hard on ourselves in the gym and we don't give up, then we will carry that mindset over to our career and relationships. Don't be afraid to be strong. Marianne Williamson said it best, "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our Light, not our Darkness, that most frightens us..." Here's a little something about me. I'm stronger than I look and I'm pretty sarcastic. I'm an avid hiker. I hike about 2 times a week and try to avoid the popular hikes. I love volleyball and try to play as much as I can.Tennis is also another sport I enjoy during the summer. I love to travel, backpacking style. My goals for when I travel, are to get to know the locals, learn about their culture, hike their mountains and eat their traditional cuisine.
